How to store garlic so that it can be fresh

Buying Fresh Garlic Fresh garlic is at its best for the first few weeks after purchase. If you don't want to use it right away, you can store your garlic cloves for a few months and enjoy their best flavor. 

 

It's our goal that you buy fresh garlic. Garlic can be properly stored for about 4-6 months. However, proper handling is required. Store your purchase in a dark, dry, cool area with adequate ventilation, and they can last you many months.
